To begin with we have a point of no return, before meeting Hanako, several scenes follow, until the moment we choose the end and after having done it, we are back at the entrance of Embers .

But suddenly, if the extensions ever come out, how will it be ?

Will we be teleported there directly or will we have to do the ending again ?

Your could start HoS at any point after the prologue is completed, BaW somewhere about the midway point. You could also start them after the ending (situation was similar to Cyberpunk - you beat the game and you're teleported to the pre-ending worldstate.

Highly unlikely. Imagine the expansions as series of new quests and places to explore before the ending, nothing else. Then again we don't have the necessary info to speculate things yet.

The whole story of CP2077 is just some Rian Johnson-levels of garbage and there is no possibility for a followup. Or CDPR will break space-time continuum if they try to retcon it.
