Extremely low frame rate issues
Alright, so this problem started happening to me the day before patch 1.04 came out, and has kind of just been there ever since. I have been trying to play through anyway since I love the game but in cutscenes half the time people's mouths move after their dialogue is said and the game plays with an average of about 15 fps for me.
I don't know what caused it. I was playing with a decent at least 40 fps and then saved next to a battlefield in Velen, and turned off my computer. Later that day, when I came back, the game just had the low frame rate and it has continued to have it since then. Even when I start a new game the problem persists. Even when I turn all the graphics to their lowest setting, it still persists.
I've tried random things I've read to try and fix the issue but nothing seems to work. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, to no avail. I wouldn't think it's my graphics card since it was running well at first, but I honestly don't know what my problem is anymore and hoping someone who knows this stuff better might be able to help.
