Factions challenge: the faction is not chosen [and no reward points]

I try to choose the faction, but still appears the message for choose the faction and I can choose another each time.
That happens to more people?

Hi there, I did the game update on iOS but got neither a reward screen nor any ranked rewards after loging in at the start of the new season. Also after I chose a faction side to support, my choice is not saved. Both of these issues seem to be happen to other people as well (according to reddit).

Same problem here. I keep choosing the faction side but it is still not chosen.
PS. I got reward points after the end of the season as usual.

Both issues here as well. I'm guessing they're already aware, and will fix them soon enough.

EDIT: Verify/repair fixed the faction challenge. I selected my faction and it updated in the quest tab.

It is correct. The idea is to give a bonus to the least popular factions.

Support are likely very busy since it is the start of a new season. They will respond eventually.
