Falling through map geometry, random things in game start breaking one by one (2.21)

+
I cannot play for even 5 minutes without something like this happening outta the blue, and this happens pretty much all the time now. Game's up to date (2.21), all the mods are up to date. [...]
PRIOR TO version 2.21, NONE of these issues were happening, it all started with 2.21!

7800X3D
7900 XTX, diver version 25.1.1
32GB DDR5
Game is installed on a 7000MB/s NVMe

This is just ridiculous lol
I have yet to try uninstalling the game and mods completely, and then reinstalling everything from scratch (and I have tons of mods!). This ought to be one very tedious, long process!

Well... It's very, very likely because of one mods (or an interaction between some mods) which worked fine before but not in 2.21 anymore. I pretty sur that if you perform a clean install of the game and start a brand new playthrough it won't happen anymore.
So yeah, it's very annoying but not a problem with the game itself and not something that CDPR could fix... you will have to figure out what's the problem by yourself (or if someone encountered the same issue and found a solution).

Playing vanilla Cyberpunk honestly bores me. Think I'll just leave it there as it is and assume my playthrough is cooked.

If it was me, I would perform a clean install first, to be sure the game is 100% vanilla.
Then, I will try to load your modded save. Not the best idea to load a modded save on a vanilla game, but if it loads, you will be able to check if the issue still happen.
- If yes, well... it probably means that the issue is bured in your save file(s) and it will be nearly impossible to find the culprit nor fix the issue.
- If no, it's rather a good new. So I would add my mods by batches, starting by those which are least likely to cause this issue, like core or cosmetics mods. For exemple I doubt CET/Red4ext would cause such an issue (if it was the case, ton of people would encounter the same issue as you), nor the mods which simply add cyberwares, clothes, car, haitstyles, tattoos,...

Hm... Do you happen to have that aircraft carrier mod installed? I experienced exactly this with that mod installed transitioning from 1.6 to 2.0.

I have a massive bug with "The beast in me: Badlands" in that Claire's car at the start of the mission (when everything spawns in) jumps up into the air and vanish.
Can also happen to cars i spawn in from the vehicle menu. Pretty sure some of the cars spawn in below ground level at the games physics engine and collision detection absolutely freaks out.

Would very much like to have that sorted.

Currently having this exact issue, and even worse. It's like the game's struggling to load from SSD, with map geometry popping in, objects and even game logic lazily loading in with delays, audio cutoffs and so on and so forth. No mods, no hardware malfunctions. Started earlier this week for no reason whatsoever. Did clean re-install, verified files on Steam multiple times to no avail. Completely unplayable at the moment.

When you say "no mods", you means you never used mod, never?
Because if you did use mods at some point and keep loading a save on which mods were activated, an issue caused by mods can still occure.
By "clean re-install", you mean this > How do I perform a clean install of the game?
And just to be sure, but the "Slow HDD*" option is disabled in the settings?
*or something like that, not sure about the exact name

That's right. Vanilla game from the start. Clocked 100 hours so far.

Yup. Uninstalled, cleaned up the folders, re-installed.

Yes.

I initially thought it might've been recent Windows 10 update (KB5051974), but after rolling it back, nothing has changed. I did memory tests, checked the SSD and went through various system checks. Launched other games and they all run perfectly. It's just CP2077 that started acting odd this week.

Ok, very annoying and strange :(
