Fallow the Thread Quest Bug

Once I get to Trottheim there are No people at all and no cut sense , I know where the guy is but can't do anything to him. I'm playing thru GOG and I cannot Complete this Quest....

...i mean, look around the area, there should be some people to kill...

er i dunno. look around the island bit more ;o

could be someone failed to spawn too, if you go back, they might... or might not... only god can tell.
