Was working fine until trying to hit desert w/ panam.... Now no matter what i've tried, reloaded, etc, nothing. Super annoying. Had minimal issues before this.
I think I know what you mean, the fast travel terminal will show "unavailable" and can not be interacted with, mine happened after helping Panam getting the basilisk and the quest is telling me to leave camp until they contact me after it was assembled. I had to reload auto save from the point you get into the car and Panam drive you back to camp following the trucks containing the basilisk.
If you don't have the save prior to that, try go back to V's apartment and sleep, or pass time, to see if it would help.
