Feature Requests for the NEXT patch 2.4, 2.5, 2.6 etc

Pfft... Third person mode? Unlikely. And if they still gonna add more stuff/features into the game? All I want is adding something simple like Working Out minigames where V can get (an hour) buff for Melee Damage, using Joytoys or sleeping with GF/BF will gives Reduced Incoming Damage buff for an hour, and Taxi work (not Delamain but those Yellow Taxis that runs by 6th Street). As for improvements? They still need to improve their bikes handling and adding tight cornering by pressing the handbrake button is prolly the simplest answer for that, and adding a proper damage type weaknesses for each gangs might help making all the weapons with different damage types useful ie Maelstorm hates Stun, Tyger Claws hates Burn, The Animals hates Poison, Valentinos/6th Street/Scavs/VDB/Raffen Shiv are weaker with Physical/Burn damage (iirc Valentinos for whatever reasons have Burn resistance?)

Hallo I am huge fan of Cyberpunk 2077.

This email is for developers to read it not for people

Please forgive for my language but I have suggestions about Ng+ for Cyberpunk 2077.

In Ng+ gives you able to keep only character progression like levels, passive skills and ingame like eurodollars but all of items, progression and cyberware will be lost but after Ng+ gives you a Ng+ rewards like which one of V Lifepath like Corpo or Nomad or Streetkid that you chose gives you a V Legendary Pistol with high damage count and a Completed story of V Lifepath gives you a clothes like Corpo clothes or a Nomad clothes that gives you huge damage reductions and have special positive buffs and I hope this suggestion will give developers of Cyberpunk 2077 a idea and please make sure that my name and my email address stay anonymous

Thank you

I would like the ability to reset my attributes more than once. I suggest either:
- a rising cost system that gets very expensive and requires physically visiting a specific NPC
- a higher fixed amount of respecs. Let's say 5. I think this would be the best option.

Unless there's some sort of core gameplay or story feature / mechanic that relies on keeping the same attributes, then I would say limiting respecs to 1 time just feels like a punishment. I've seen people suggest it's there to promote replayability or a sense of finality / consequence for choices and actions. I can see your point, however, being stuck with the same build for too long becomes boring and actually decreases overall time investment.

I think most people who play video games aren't "hardcore." They aren't going to invest 300+ hours into multiple playthroughs. They're going to play it once, and even then they might not finish it. I think offering a higher FIXED number of respecs would be a reasonable middle ground for everyone. It would encourage casual players to keep going by keeping things feeling fresh and new while at the same time preserving that commitment to consequence and finality.

Im more into things that will clean up the game a bit. Or features that feel a bit.. why?

1. With the changes to clothing, the inventory clothing slots are mostly useless. While there are some items that provide +stat bonuses so you can make an argument for their existence. The pants and shoes slot have literally no items with any modifier. I feel like they should either go the route where they have tiny stat changes or effect changes with items equipped in inventory slot route or completely scrap the slots that do nothing all together. It doesn’t all have to be +stats, but that’s the easiest way. Could be like some shoes equipped in the inventory slot provide custom pathing effects like light up shoe marks or something. For pants I don’t know, maybe just a +stat or whatever else one creative mind can think of. But as it is now, those two slots are like just there to confuse new players thinking they provide some benefit.

2. Non-killable takedowns feel a bit. Why are they there? There is specified items and mods for it as well. I feel like it should have some kind of benefit. Could act as a way to gain street cred faster if you do gigs without killing anyone. Cause I would respect that. Or maybe you can gain respect with your local vendors etc if you get known as the guy who gets the job done without bloodshed you get access to some special items. Or just make it mean you gain street cred faster if you do gigs without killing anyone.

3. street cred is a bit lackluster right now. I feel like more things should be tied to street cred and it should progress much much slower (combine with point 2 to make it faster and reward players who take the more careful and thoughtful route, but people who like to shoot first no questions asked, won’t get too punished. They will still get to the top of street cred just not as fast as people who take more time per each gig).

Weapon visual customization would be a dream coming true.
i hate that i have to scavenge around for guns with good paintjobs, just let me do it myself!
This one I both agree and disagree.

it’s a bit cool that each game sesh can be different even with the same gun cause you have to find them.

but also, yeah I wanna customize. Maybe some specific paintjobs can’t be crafted can only be found while still allowing a lot of creative freedom. But if they got specific stickers or some special glowing color or whatever, maybe it has to be found. Or you have to go around finding different customization options which you then unlock in the place to customize.

Thought of something quite important to solve.

there are some aspects of tutorial that is a bit off, especially since 2.0.

such as the fact that they mention during creation that skills are locked behind attribute points which they are not anymore.

Better raise level cap to 70, there is so much content already that doing Gigs is basically pointless anywhere except Watson and Dogtown (Watson gives quick money and quick lvl10, which in turn gives free Tier 2 implants in The Ripperdoc; remaining gigs and ncpd locations allow to quickly get to lvl17 so that iconics in Pickup drop on Tier 3, and starting Heist on 20 gives Tier 3 implants which significantly flip the abilities. Dogtown gigs rain Iconics in each one - Waiting For Dodger even gives 2). Then you'll be able to do 15 16 20 20 20 in the endgame
Yeah I feel like they could remove the starting 3 in each category and give us those back in the form of more levels so progrsssion is a bit slower, especially early.

Buy pics for your smartframes. I’m bad with photomode would be nice if you could buy pics online or from an art store to add premade art and pics

I’ve got just one idea to make NCPD gigs feel way more immersive. Imagine if the police radio in the car actually talked directly to us, giving us unique crime stories with some detail, and V could even respond like “I’m on my way.” That would make Night City feel so much more alive.

Other than that… am I the only one who thinks the game is already perfect as it is?

Also, please, no NG+. Starting completely from zero fits the spirit of the game way better. And a third-person mode? No thanks. For this game—and for any future Cyberpunk titles—it just wouldn’t work. The first-person view is what makes it unique in the first place.

My personal opinion is that Cyberpunk 2077 New Game Plus will be released after a number of updates, when the update comes to an end. This is my personal wish, but I also hope that there will be updates related to Behavioral Image-sync Faceplate

Use the casino (cut content) to create an ocean's 11 heist questline, and afterwards we can gamble, roulette, blackjack, etc... Invite npc friends or atleast our romance partner out on dates at casino, see a vegas type show, a boxing match, etc... reward for completing the casino heist questline , personal av taxi service and a penthouse suite.

Take a look at Neo Berlin 2087... Third person will work, plus you have the option to play in first, like a Bethesda game.

I know its very niche but... Head tracking support. Playing with something like a Tobii head tracker or TrackIR in other FPS games is a pretty incredible immersive experience.

Thier reason, seems to me, to be an excuse on why they won't... I think it's more about time, effort and money [...].

Minor gigs:
1. Find and kill Dexter's bodyguard. My V still demands vengeance. He couldn't get his hands on Dex, but at least he can track down and eliminate his bodyguard.
2. Find and kill Jackie's murderer from the Konpeki Plaza penthouse. We don't know who this Arasaka pilot was, but perhaps we can find a data shard info, or email or overhear a random conversation which leads the player to him.
3. Find and kill Adam Ibrahimovic. This sick bastard worked together with Gottfrid and Fredrik. Also, his name is Bosnian (which is my nationality). There are nights my V cannot sleep in peace because Ibrahimovic isn't buried six feet under. I want a gig where you hunt down and bury him alive. Or at least give us a data shard which reveals someone zeroed him instead.
4. In Deus Ex, you could amusingly defeat a tough boss by saying a killphrase. No fight needed. In this case, it was "Laputan Machine" and the boss blew up. I want V to spit out a password and watch the enemy's head explode.
5. Allow us to gamble and play poker. Why not? Give us a tournament.

6. Steal an Arasaka (or Militech) medical supply truck and bring it to Anthony Anderson. The people could use some help and Dogtown's Haven Clinic needs it the most.
7. Goro sees V as a thief and doesn't hesitate repeating it. Well... I wish to prove him wrong. I'd like an option to return Saburo's samurai sword to Goro as a gift. V can leave it in one of the locations they've met and messages him to pick up a surprise. V's reply: "Maybe I'm not such a thief afterall"
8. Speaking of stealing, there's something else my V wishes to take -- Hanako Arasaka's prized jewelry. It could be a gig similar to stealing Yorinobu's car. Later, Male V can gift it to Panam, who wears it for the rest of the game. Female V can give it as a gift to Judy or wear it herself.
9. A sniper assassination dream gig where you shoot the target from at least 300 meters away. I like to imagine V lying down on his stomach as a spec ops soldier with a sniper rifle, hiding and waiting patiently for the target to appear. Nibbles (or the prized lizard) comes along with V and tries to play with him/her, but he/she is too focused like a machine. So Nibbles lies down on V's head or back, and falls asleep. Few hours later -- BANG! Gotta run! At least I can make it look like that in photo mode.
10. Romance Melissa Rory, perhaps do a gig with her which ends with a one-night stand.

11. Another well written gig where you investigate bodies and clues like a police detective, leading to a serial killer

Weapons:
1. The silent shotgun from No Country for Old Men. I need this easter egg.
2. Jackie's blade which he carries on his back. I never use his pistols, but I would use this.
3. A silent smart sniper rifle.

Small fixes:
1. There's a gay porn magazine on V's bed (Ballsy). My V is neither gay nor bisexual, so why is it there? Either remove it or make it optional for players.
2. Shoot a hole through Adam Smasher's head when he's on his knees. We can do it to Royce, so why not Smasher? It would be more satisfying.
3. Buy real water for 99 €$ as much as we want
4. Hotel Pistis Sophia, the room where Johnny gives you his dog tags. I wish to lie down in that bed while staring at the ceiling fan. You gotta admit, it looks comfy.
5. I Fought the Law - while investigating the club for clues about former mayor's death, V can try Rhyne's spiked BD (which killed him). First, I made sure to knock all Animals unconscious. But after interacting with the BD, River shows up to help V. Then... you find out all the Animals are dead. I wish to spare them, not kill them. Fix this.

6. These Boots Are Made for Walkin - call back Alanah Pearce, the streamer who voiced Lana Prince and record her lines again. Her voice acting was lackluster. She can do better.
7. Donate money to Aldecaldos camp like in Red Dead Redemption 2.
8. Take Kurt's dog tags as a trophy
9. When you steal the Basilisk from Militech, the news reports that a veteran was killed in the attack. But I made sure no one died. I knocked them out, then moved their unconscious bodies next to the road so cars don't run over them. Fix this.
10. Olive Branch - it's bullsh$t because Nomads get exclusive dialogue against Alex. If V completed all Aldecaldos questlines, the option should be available for Corpo and Streetkid.

11. More body muscles for Male V.
12. Corpo V not recognizing Adam Smasher while hiding in Yorinobu's penthouse? Come on, V worked for Arasaka counterintel and Smasher is a Night City legend. Shouldn't everyone know about him?
13. Waiting for Dodger - during the meeting with Bill and Charles (they're arguing about the... unlucky incident) V says "Jesus fu$%ing Christ" and "I swear to fu%$ing God..." This is not fitting for players who are religious. Why not have V say "Jesus Christ!" and "I swear to fu$%ing Hell..." instead?
14. Light up a candle for Johnny in Dogtown Memorial Tree and recite a prayer.
15. They Won't Go When I Go - give V an option to recite an Islamic and Buddhist prayer. But I admit the Islamic prayer could be tricky because V must pray in Arabic and use a different animation for hands. So... not a simple fix.

16. Remove the scar on V's forearm.

I would love to have the new game plus. I would also love to have my v at 100% and for them to add the casino and games of chance and more activities. And that we can have dates outside the apartment with our romantic partners and be able to take her to several different places. I would love a DLC with content like this to see Night City more alive than ever, even if it doesn't follow the story or have missions, but I think it would be incredible and I would pay for it because once you finish the game 100% with its DLC you also barely have anything to do. Just the races and bringing cars to the captain. I think it is necessary to give more life to the game and that we have more things to do.

An option for the minimap, activity log and the icons on the bottom left corner of the screen to dynamically disappear while exploring (kinda like TW3) would be really good.
I also noticed that the weapon schematics that appear next to the ammo counter on the bottom right corner of the screen, are connected to the ammo counter option in the Interface settings menu, so If I turn them off I would have to turn the ammo counter off too which is not what I want. A separate option to disable the weapon schematics that appear on the bottom right corner of the screen would really help in cleaning up the interface.

Subject: Request to Pause Updates for Cyberpunk 2077 to Support Modding Community

Dear CD Projekt Red Team,

I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out to raise a concern that’s becoming increasingly critical for the Cyberpunk 2077 modding community.

As dedicated a dedicated player, I deeply appreciate the ongoing updates and improvements you’ve made to Cyberpunk 2077. However, with each new patch or update, modders face significant challenges in ensuring that popular mods like Cyber Engine Tweaks and Simple Menu continue to function correctly. These mods are essential for many players, particularly for enhancing their gaming experience with features like cheats and custom tweaks.

The issue arises when updates are released frequently, as modders struggle to adapt their mods to the latest game versions. This constant cycle creates a disruptive effect on the modding community, making it harder for mods to stay compatible and functional. As it stands, many of the most-used mods risk becoming obsolete if they are not updated regularly to match each new game patch.

Given the strain that continuous updates put on modders, I would like to kindly request that CD Projekt Red pause the release of further updates or patches for Cyberpunk 2077—permanently. This would allow modders to catch up and provide a more stable modding environment for the community, as well as a better experience for players.

I understand that keeping the game fresh and improving its performance is important, but I believe that a permanent break from updates would be beneficial for both the player and modding communities, allowing for a more harmonious experience in the long run.

Thank you for considering this request, and for your continued dedication to the game.

I just want a Completed Quest quest list sorting like change it manuel in order by select and change the position betwen them. ( perfectionist)
