Few bugs I noted in Patch 2.21

I found the following audio bugs in game:

1. When Jackie dies inside the Delamain car, I can still hear Jackie breathing which is ruining immersion (this audio bug does not always happen).
2. In the mission where Panam and V overcharge the Satwave Power Plant, the loud static sound does not stop, and continues to play during the AV chase (requires a save and reload to fix - this audio bug also does not always happen).
3. In the Peralez quest "Dream On", the laptop on the table (inside Jeff's office) contains the file of his campaign ad video. This ad unfortunately does not have any audio playing. It would be cool to have the audio present there as well, like when that ad plays on the TV.
4. Stealth takedowns on major bosses in game are lacking audio, watch this video for the specifics:
5. In the quest "Big in Japan", at the very end when you select the dialogue option "My payment", Dennis replies with "I know. Here... may this blade serve you well" the part "may this blade serve you well" sounds completely different to Dennis's voice.

Other bugs I found:

1. Stealthily falling/jumping on top of an unsuspecting enemy results in a finisher move, but this finisher move looks weird if you have a Sandevistan active (it looks very rough and weird looking).
2. When Jackie and V goes to get the "Flathead" bot from Royce, Dum Dum controls the bot, during this scene his red optic turns blue, but there seems to be some sort of a graphical glitch in his optic that needs fixing.
3. The "GladOS" Delamain car still remains parked in Pacifica (where she sets up the ambush) even after completing the Delamain questline for some reason.
4. Brick's niche still appears in the Columbarium even if you saved him in the quest "The Pickup".
5. In the quest "Violence", as V enters the No-Tell Motel room, the very first subtitle is "Lizzy Wizzy: Started to think you wouldn't show" spoils the mysterious woman's name as Lizzy Wizzy, while her next line is delivered as "Mysterious Woman: Why not?".

Also, why aren't we allowed to properly order the quickhacks? It is very annoying that once you equip a new quickhack in your cyberdeck that it shifts other quickhacks in the hacking UI so that the most recently equipped quickhack appears at the top. Instead, it would be great to have it so that the order of the quickhacks in your Cyberdeck is what we see in the hacking UI.

This has been in the game since forever. There're also a couple of cases with Goro and some others too. Like the female bouncer at Lizzie's.

This one is probably the most notable due to the drastic difference between the voices, the other instances that you mentioned might not be as bad.
 
Yeah, I'm diving into my very first playthru playing on PC so didn't found noticeable or game breaking bugs so far, from the prologue into the beggining of act 2, until the Disasterpiece quest line, where I was unable to trigger V's "poor f-r" line when scanning the Netrunner victim in the Braindance segment, then at reaching the Power Plant sub level, the two thugs Judy helps V to distract, both were stuck in one spot and overlaping🤷‍♂️.
 
I find this really frustrating because the bugs were FIXED before 2.0 and now in 2.21 I am having shitloads of issues, it's like a completely broken game again.

To add to your number 5, there are tons of issues with the same loudness issues with voice lines. Panams first couple missions have several, the voodoo boys missions have several etc etc there's literally dozens.

Generally, the detection for hidden bodies is again completely broken like the early days. Bodies will be hidden in corners and undetectable and be seen through several walls as soon as you leave line of sight, even if you confirm no other NPCs have moved.

Additionally; often people will bug where the prompt doesn't appear to grab people.
I've also had multiple quests completely broken, i.e. the mission where you help the other merc being siege by militech, his card doesn't appear, or several NCPD side quests where grabbing the quest item doesn't trigger the mission to close.

I'm on a 3090, 5900x.

Commenting again to add that I'm also getting big spikes in lag/stuttering in some areas of city central. Even when I turn turn down the settings significantly, even with DLSS on.
 
I can post atleast some German Text with bugs I encountered

some descriptions may be cryptic because I wrote them down after a long time trying to remember them in detail and they are shuffled through

Jackie ist durch die Schränke gelaufen nachdem Sara Dorsette abgeholt wurde

NPCs haben manchmal komische Routen

Bei einer Mission von "Just another Story" wurde ich unterhalb die Welt gedrückt oder bin da gespawned nachdem ich das weisse Auto relevant für die Mission welches von Scavs besetzt wurde wollte ich erst den Körper looten also bin ich mit dem Auto vom Körper des Scavs runtergefahren weil ich sonst nur in das Auto steigen konnte statt die Items mitzunehmen, nachdem ich das Auto so weg bewegt habe dass ich den Körper looten konnte bin ich aber beim aussteigen unterhalb der Welt gespawnt oder wurde von etwas runter gedrückt, darum bin ich erst gefallen und wurde respawnt. Als ich das Auto zum Ziel gebracht habe und ausgestiegen bin war ich auch dort unterhalb der Oberfläche, mit dem Doppelsprung konnte ich mich wieder auf den normalen Boden bewegen

In dem Ende wo man in der Weltraumstation von Arasaka ein Engramm aus V erstellt clippen Langhaarfrisuren durch die Liege

Panamns Haare clippen durch ihr Gesicht wenn sie bei den Dates bei V im Apartment schläft

Im Return to Empathy Auftrag wurde es nicht richtig gezählt dass man die Waffen wieder mitgenommen hatte und nachdem man die Waffen eingelagert hatte um sie direkt wieder rauszunehmen war der Spind nicht mehr verfügbar
 
I have also noticed that if you dash or air dash into an object on the ground, like a car or some other object, you can sometimes fall under the map.

most of these bugs are well known, but some aren't bugs at all.
Ice cube clipping for example, it clips through everything, not only the ear. It's how it's supposed to work, it's a VFX, physics isn't simulated.
 
In the quest "Riders on the Storm", Panam says "Oh yeah... We even have a radio in here. Take it for a spin if you like" but the Radio is disabled in the van so we can't change the radio station at all.
In the same quest, right before we arrive at the Raffen Shiv camp to save Saul, the visible Sandstorm above the Raffen Shiv camp seems to have some sort of a texture glitch where it flickers when you look at it or slowly look away.
 
In the quest "Play It Safe" (the parade quest) there are some NPCs that are floating in air. I think these NPCs were on the Dashi Parade Floats but somehow got "desynced" staying on the floats as they move, or may have been spawned there incorrectly? I don't know, but the below image should be helpful. I have seen this bug many times across all the patches and it still has not been fixed.

In the quest "The Hunt", Randy's Antique Key (which is used to unlock the locked cabinet) keeps on spawning even after being picked up by V. This bug also has been present throughout multiple patches and is still not fixed.

After completing the quest "The Prophet's Song", there is a bug where if you come back later on and try to "continue conversation" with Garry's friend named "Bum", she despawns.

An audio bug that has been present throughout multiple patches is the sound that "indoor beaded curtains" make when you walk through them. This sound effect can sometimes bug out causing it to keep on playing in the background without ever stopping. You need to restart the game completely for this audio bug to go away. I have attached a picture below to anyone who is unsure of what I mean by the "indoor beaded curtain".

In Watson gig Heisenberg Principle from the last batch of Regina's contracts, cameras seem to be immune to being switched off using tech skill (can only be temporarily turned friendly using tier2 cyberdeck)

Don't know if it's a bug or a feature but If The Pickup is completed violently regards Maelstrom, their revenge squad spawns 3 times (once right after, once - when you drive out of the building in Play It Safe, once muuuch later). Arasaka revenge squad for kidnapping Hanako also spawns twice.
