After the new SK Legendary, Filavandrel looks even more horrible. You need to boost him to a certain strength by cards playing for horrible tempo to tutor/play a card from CoF or Council (Waters is still a hypothetical case, it it is impractical). The SK Legendary can just play any 10P card, be it the card that had been removed many times, and even in case she pulls a low provision card, she gets the worth back from rain.
Can't believe Filavandrel is printed on the same drop as the new SK Legendary who is miles ahead on point potential, flexibility and needs no external support for virtually the same provision/point as Filavandrel. How can Filavandrel be at 12P 4 strength in the same drop as this new SK Legendary who is 13P and 5 strength with such an OP ability?
