Final fight cutscene and fight doesn't start

In my first fight against Javed I was defeated, but I had a save file from the point I defeated the 2 Greater Brothers. After walking a little bit the cutscene should start, but nothing happens and I'm stuck in the room where I fought the 2 Greater Brothers.

I tried meditating but the cutscene doesn't start.

Is there any way to make the final fight start again?

I‘d load a save game before the quest started and try again. Often quest issues can be solved that way.

In case you are playing with mods, this can also cause issues. If you do, please unstill the mods and try again after verifying the game files:
