Xbox Series X: I have completed nocturne op55n1 and got the sun trophy. The game prompted that I would get the loot and XP I gain during the mission. At the end of them mission I only got Rouge's gun. My xp did not move and none of the weapons I had picked up/used are in my inventory. I also chose to do one more gig to keep playing and it still shows the story mission as active. I have loved this and enjoyed it thoroughly with very little minor bugs. This would be the first big one.
