Fireplaces

Hi,When Geralt is using a fire place it looks like Positions and local Variables at the character objects seem to flush or reset. For example I defined two characters to follow me. When I pause at a fire place the characters are at their original spawn places acting like in the beginning of the story phase and I can start all over.Anybody who knows how to make them stay with you?----Did anybody already find out how to have characters perform animations directly? The playanimation does not seem to work. Thanks,Best Regards,

how are you getting the NPCs to follow Geralt in the first place? just using the FollowPC ability, or some other way? The method you used would likely also be whatever is causing them to leave. What is in the spawnset file ? Do they spawn daily ? or once or occasionally ?all these things need to be answered before anyone could give you a decent answer, I think ... I'm still new to this too ...

Hi,I agree, it's quite difficult to overview all the possible causes. The Spawn was on Module start or something. So when module starts. (always)The Spawn was set in the NPC story phase. I used in the script ActionForceFollowObject(Geralt,1.0);to follow him.I thought maybe of changing the Phase and defining a new spawn in a new phase, however there is no spawn_nexto_gerald. Or can I script that too?Br,Ndl_1

Have you checked out adding a script to the "On player rest" field in the module properties? I'm only guessing here, but it seems to me that that would be the place to thwart any built-in NPC behaviour that is triggered by Geralt resting.good luck!
