First Impressions of the changes made to the Epilogue (Spoilers)

The diamond was always mentioned in dialogue between Geralt and Letho mind you.

Personally I liked most of the changes, except the massive piles of corpses: There's just too many of them, as well as the change from LadyBug.

We never had access to all of Loc Muinne - it's a perfectly acceptable amount of corpses, and there need to be consequences for taking the "better" path (saving Anais, saving Saskia). Rewatching the two versions of the Letho fight, each musical track works well enough, although I do prefer the former. The latter, however, has improved animations and effects - blood splatter, Letho's mouth moving, heartbeat, etc.

I never felt like the diamond make Letho a cartoon villain, quite the contrary. It seemed like he was just sitting there waiting for Geralt having nothing to do, and feeling the giant diamond in his pocket, pullet it out and started playing with it to pass the time.
