It's incredible that a forum moderator talk like that, being ironic and denying people problems, they paid their game.Terrible, TERRIBLE title.
Nice conclusion.
My mouse/KB controls are fine - make sure you activate HArdware Cursor in Video options.
But he wasn't denying any problems. He was saying that the title of the thread didn't match the quality of the post. He even tried to help him out with his M+K issues. Go back in time to the Bioware Social Network in 2013 if you want to see irony and denial. It's incredible that a forum moderator talk like that, being ironic and denying people problems, they paid their game.
Unbelievable
There are hotkeys for most of these (M for map, L for alchemy, j for quests etc). Pressing the respective hotkey for the thing open will close said thing. I still find myself pressing escape 3 times thoughafter getting used to them I think mouse and keyboard controls are great. my only problem is that I can't jump mid-combat, but that's not mkb-specific.
what I'd love is if I didn't have to press escape three times to exit the map.. I open it a lot and it's really annoying.
I am unsure why you find the keyboard and mouse controls a problem. There were a few things that I tweaked with the keybinds like changed Alt for dodge to left control because that felt more comfortable and on higher difficulties i figured I'd be dodging and A LOT. KeyBinds are designed to be manipulated by the K/M users to get the most optimal arrangement for you.No way am i using a controller wtf. Did they even put any effort in the PC version.
I know the hotkeys, it just didn't occur to me that I should close them with the same keyThere are hotkeys for most of these (M for map, L for alchemy, j for quests etc). Pressing the respective hotkey for the thing open will close said thing. I still find myself pressing escape 3 times though.
How is it a terrible title?Terrible, TERRIBLE title.
Nice conclusion.
There won't be any '"fix" because it's a design choice and not a bug. And I personanlly really like it. Adds a lot to the amazing atmosphere of the game. For me, the only negative so far that's worth mentioning is the trees / bushes / wind. I've mentioned this before, in the vain hope that it would be fixed for release, but apparently not. They still whip around in a ridiculously sped-up manner, and some smaller trees look positively comical, as though they're dancing. It completely ruins the ambience, which, with the exception of the spastic trees, is amazing. Absolutely, photograph-worthy.
