Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy - Won't complete

As the title states. This gig will not complete for me. Collected the shard without raising the alarm and handed it over at the drop off point but Regina hasn't called me, in the quest log it's still there as an uncompleted quest but i'm unable to track it.

I am having a similar issue, only the whole gig won't start up at all! The icon for thievery is on the map, but no phone call from Regina showing up at all! I completed Welcome to America, Comrade! Gig while pissing her off in the process ( I accidentally went loud and proud )

Have you tried the 2nd or 3rd auto-save to progress? Seems to fix this particular issue in some cases.
