flight of the cheetah no car bug

Good day, id like to report a bug about the mission flight of the cheetah. in the mission it starts fine no issues , the gang members come, i defeat them, and then we move to the guys car, and the waypoint is showing the car is in the floor of the sidewalk/Pavement. as shown below. A fix or a work around would be nice.

(even if it's only optional and you don't "loose" anything by take your own car).
Have you a save before starting this quest ?
If yes, the car is here before starting the quest ?
(normally, the car is there since the beginning of the game until you take it for the GIG).
Anyway, if you want, if you don't use mods and if it's not already done, you can try this steps and report it to the Support.

yes i have reloaded multiple times before the quest.
no the car is not there.
will need to report it there then

Please, make sure you tried verify/repair before reporting the issues, as mentioned in the support article. Some glitches can be fixed that way.
