Formulae and Crafting schematic missing!!!!
I didn't load back to the last save when it happen and it is a big mistake.
I have brought a bunch of alchemy formulae from stores, they are poped on the left hand side of the screen when I leave the store menu too, then? Nothing!! Nothing is in my alchemy menu!!!! I can't craft various of bombs and potions forever after cause I can't discover same formulae twice......
It is ok I said to myself, I don't use bomb anyway, reloading may not solve the problem too.
Then this fucking big bug come crush upon me!! I run to the middle of nowhere killing monster and jumping puzzles just to discover witcher gears schematics, I gotta swear I find them all as I even finished the treasure hunt quests. THEN???? NOTHING!!!!

I am playing on XBOX ONE, patch this fucking thing ASAP or I will change my attitude to this game from shoving it to the throat of every friend of mine, to standing guard in front of game stores to block people away when trying to buy your game.
