Found 2-level Metrostation in front of V's apartment building. Accessable with elevator.

CDPR please complete the stations in future updates. This looks cool! Would love to travel the map with the already build system you have inside the game.

It also has a working fast travel points that is not even in the map. Clearly unfinished and a cut feature.

you already can. at least naruto-style, while riding on top of it. although you get pushed off whenever it goes through a building (tunnels built into large skyscrapers). there are several bus stop areas too, but the train won't stop at them. you gotta high jump as it's coming towards you to get on top.

Man what a joke... the entire game gives the impression as if it was forcefully taken out of the devs hands while they where still busy making it...

u can with double jump get there, it look like it was part of a full NCPD area that never was implement or they cut.

If u spend alot of time exploring there are ALOT of areas that are easy to see how they been cut or never implement and never remove.
a short list. There is a shop infront is Misty shop that there is a guard there but u cant enter.
You can buy extra BD tapes and never use them (they arent mark as junk)
There are alot of "shops" that look like they would be interactive but they arent.

is easy to spot the "cut" or "unfinished" content.
This game remind me to FFXV cut content that it was so easy to find.

I'm gonna guess that it's more cut content. There really isn't anything on the roof other than the access passageway to the lift, and another one that leads to a dead end. Perhaps you were originally supposed to be able to enter the NCPD building for some reason.

statement and receiving a quest... we will never know!

That's not the worst station removal. This one has loading flickering problems. And the map hole is clearly visible from view.

HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHA there is ALOT of "hole" on the maps, i find one on the side elevator in Afterlife, where u can got to the roof and the whole "wall" is a hole to the sky, it look they remove whatever was up there, but they forgot to close that elevator.

suits said 'never mind all that creative arty stuff and ground breaking features we planned before 2018, just re-write the entire game to suit Keanu so we can make millions off his involvement and bin the rest'

The whole BD viewing and detective thing was totally underused. That could have been a great feature for some missions and stories.
