A very basic one, but yes.

I honestly pissed that we can't kill that guy.

I live in Atlanta. When someone like that is trying to sell you stuff, 100% of the time it's a robbery.

I've even trying hitting him with a car. I hate NPCs that are invincible... Especially ones that deserve to die.

You can kill him. You need to start talking to him, and when the dialogue reaches a certain stage he becomes attackable. As far as I remember, same applies to the two most annoying ripperdocs. I killed them too.

The Zen Master gave V bd's to aid in their meditations. I'm not sure how to explain what happens after the last one though.

There is still hope they will comeback to this.

Booooo.... it's an awful mechanic and I would completely stop playing if that were the case and demand a refund!

Think it'd be fitting if one day they'd released a fully functional VR version of the game and then re-introduced BDs.

They need to at least put in the BD that you record with Judy...

Edit: Oh, I forgot that was a lot of player actions in that, so they would have to have a way to record it as a video while you are playing. It can be done I have seen this in other games but it is not as simple as just saying it should have been in the game.
