FPS drop when open map

When I open map FPS drops to a few 2-4 for a few seconds, then it is back to normal, but unfortunately it happens every time, on version 2.3 it seems permanent.

additional details:
- I finished whole game on version 2.2 without this,
- when I started new game on 2.3 I have this bug ( but in the beginning there are small amount of fonded markers on map)

Very likely a driver issue. You can wait for an update, or try rolling back. I'm seeing the same thing in a few games using the Nvidia 576.xx drivers. Exactly as you've stated, it never used to happen. It will probably be sorted in a future driver update.
