I have a lot of fps drops for really long time. In the city my PC goes crazy. I'm playing with an RTX 2070 Super, i7 9700KF, 16GB RAM, the game installed on m.2 ssd and my monitor is 60hz 1080p. I'm playing on ultra, but now testing the high option, but nothing has changed. I updated the drivers, the RTX is off.
Any advice? I tried the low settings but didn't changed at all. The vsync is on I have 60 fps outside the city, but inside I have 30-40 and it's a bit annoying. If I turn off the vsync the game will lag every second.
