When you progress into the game (and the story) game becomes slower and slower until you finish dogtown. Especially in the two moments that i noticed makes game slow, 1st when you progress through gala in black saphire (people start to gather in front of it) 2nd point is after things happened in the stadium with so-mi (especially black wall ending in ncix airport) Main game doesnt effect with anything but dogtown is. I am using very low end gpu rx 7600xt 8gb. But its frame gen was working but it wont right now, game crashes when i enable it. Anyway this is the situation i am having.
