Framerate/Other Issues with Update to 1.11 + HOS

Hi there,

I last played in 1.07(So a while ago) and just downloaded the patch + HOS.
I've done everything I can think of, turned all my graphic settings on low and still this game plays terribly now. I was able to run the game comfortably on medium before. Now I can't stand it on low. I have verified my install via GoG Galaxy. I even tried to delete that d3dl folder and it had minimal impact. Also loading times are way longer now. I also have no mods for this game. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or should I plan on maybe returning in a few months....?

No direction/guidance? I don't see how I can even considering getting the next expansion when I can't even play this one.

Could you give your PC specs? It's very difficult for anyone to advise you without that.

Sorry. Never had problems before running the game. Currently updating graphics card in case new updates solve issue.
Nope. Did not solve anything. All drivers are up to date.
