[DLC suggestions]: More Finisher animations & Roach AI update

A few things that would vastly clean up some of the unfinished feel to Witcher 3 would be...

a) A new Roach AI (Do not need to go into detail)

b) More Cinematic Finishers Please. (related to the ability used, sign finishers, bomb finishers etc as well as sword related)



Nota Bene; A combat overhaul (I have one suggested elsewhere, but this doesnt need discussing as that's not really DLC material) would also round out those two nicely.

There should be a rigger in the addons.

It's mentioned so many times in dialogues throughout the game.. Makes me want to actually fight that thing really bad!

DLC Ideas [spoilers obviously]

Suggestion

1) My recommendation is to have a party after epilogue where everyone is at Dandelion's establishment. With dialogue. And allow the character of Geralt to continue to romance the one that he romanced, if both then both . Allow poker games of cards with the rest. Maybe take them with you on quests too as side companions. Make all quests (secondary non contract) re-do-able after say a week of waiting in the game.

2) Make armor of Kaer Morhen, the level 1 stuff was pretty sad you gotta admit, making Kaer Morhen armor the weakest of the five schools? Come on he's gotta want to dawn his own schools armor as the best gear in the game. And to be able to craft it. Heck it was one of the biggest schools and the most active in recent times in his own time. Make him some set armor and weapons IT will only be fair.

3) If CIri lives in our play through we should be able to play as her after the ending if we want to switch to her. Just for the fun of it.

4) Why is it that Ciri is the only one that has a bra in the game? As well as the greated and best chest of all the female characters? Get rid of it it's an adult game and shes 19/20 years old. Just because it's Geralt's point of view doesn't mean that she needs to be censored.

5) Balistas? It was stated in the WItcher 2 that someone would build Geralt a Balista. Why not have them in here, have some super respawning monster raid quests where we can use a Balista to do some damage. Geralt seemed to love the idea in the second game.

6) Mobs level with Geralt and give adequate experience. Don't just fix the quest experience but fix the mob experience as well.

7) Dragons? Hey what if we didn't cure saskia and we didn't kill her either? You forgot the incorporate that.

A Vivaldi bank stash. Maybe pay a fee of 200 crowns? Or do a quest to get it free say killing the most fearsome creature of all....Golem?

1 additional weapon and armour set of each type.
Snake and Wolf gear are already there - why dont just expand it troughout the whole game? Snake for another light set, wolf for another medium.
And invent another heavy set, like boar school or something .

some korvir quests with triss post story buying a house doing some contracts with her etc…. similar yen quests ..depending on your choice.. would be fantastic

more ves and roche quests well ves at least

and above all ( it won't happen) but id like to see a major shift in the game such as if i choose triss as my love interest yen should fade into the back ground like triss did regardless of my choice!!

DLC Suggestion: Arena and Casino

Please reopen the Arena and the Casino in Novigrad with a future DLC. I would even pay for something like that, since the arena was really great in Witcher 2 and would be even more fun in Witcher 3. The Casino was also alot of fun and I miss playing Gwent there. I think many players would appreciate such a DLC and it wouldn´t be alot of work, since the assets are already there, they just have to be reused and maybe expanded a bit to add more variety.

If it´s too hard to add the Casino back, just give us an ingame menu with a list of all Gwent opponents so we can play anyone of them anytime, especially those from quests that become unavailable afterwards.

This is definitely a not serious thread but how about a dlc where we set up all the arms and legs we've cut off as pins and the heads as bowling balls? Just you know to take the edge off of monster hunting? :hai:

So we've had a different outfit for Yen.
How about different outfits for Ciri and Ves, ones that DON'T have ridiculously open fronts?

Ciriously, Ciri's supposed to be my adopted daughter, I do NOT need to get a flash of boob from her in every cut scene she's in. There's something just a bit twisted about that.

And Ves' outfit was criticised for being utterly moronic in the second game, yet it returns here. Sure, you can make an argument for it maybe when she's off duty, but geez, even then the poor thing must get cold.

Agreed. I would have no problem with the actual look in the game if she put on some armor every once and a while.

This has been discussed numerous times.....Ciri doesn't need any armor she's pretty much the most powerful character in the Witcher universe.

Anyone else think there's not enough Wild Hunt in W3? I feel like Geralt should run into the Hunt a bit more outside the existing story. I don't think it would be that hard to add some encounters with Navigators in the Novigrad sewers or Skellige forests.

Since we've never had a single comment from any member of the Red Team on this thread, I rather wonder what they think of all these suggestions, and whether they've considered any of them. I imagine they've already planned most of the DLCs by now, so hope must really turn to the Expansions, for the potential realisation of some of these ideas.

Personally, I rather hope to see Dice Poker return in Oxenfurt, and the Griggs in Toussaint, but, I very much doubt it! However, nonetheless: Long live the Griggs! Long live Dice Poker!
