Fullscreen issues on PC

+
I recently reinstalled the game and every time Iaunch it, the only thing that pops up is a little box on the top left of my screen (see attached screenshot) that only displays the bottom-right part of the game. Even optimizing and launching the game through the NVIDIA GEForce app is doing nothing. I've checked out various community pages and reinstalled both Intel as well as NVIDIA Graphics Drivers but that doesn't seem to do anything either. Downloaded a diagnostic tool for my CPU and drivers but everything seems okay. Don't know what to do after. I've attached images of the issue and the tool I used. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi,
Maybe you can try to press Alt + Enter after launching the game (not 100% sure but in theory it should force full screen mode). Then check in the game settings (at least, try to reset game settings to default).

To me, that looks like an overlay/pop-up window that's supposed to be displaying...something.

Alternatively, it could be the game itself trying to launch in an extremely compressed sceen space.

Not sure. Please, post hardware specs / platform / any tweaking or modding you may have done (now or in the past.)

Also, try installing this:

Be sure to install the x86 version followed by the x64 version. (Both are required side-by-side to ensure you have both present and backwards compatibility.)

Have done no tweaks or modding since the very beginning, have the latest C++ Redistributables, and game is set to fullscreen. Dowloaded, launched via Steam.
Hardware specs are as follows;-
> 1 TB SSD
> 24 GB RAM
> Intel i5-13450HX (13th gen)
> NVIDIA RTX 4050

Just clarifying -- you reinstalled the x86 and x64 All-in-One just now, right? Very often, especially if running the installation program for a game that's 5+ years old, the MS Redistributables can get all ranges of borked. Running the package for both just ensures everything is returned to "now" status. I'd say this accounts for the vast majority of "everything used to be fine, but now the game won't lauch" issues.

Well, as long as that's accounted for, everything else seems perfectly fine. Mods are ruled out, and your specs seem fine. The one other suggestion I would try is to perform a CLEAN installation, then ensure the game is not installed in the same place as it was before. Even a different library on that same drive would be fine -- just ensure that the installation path does not fall anywhere under Program Files or Program Files(x86). Protected directories in Windows can sometimes interfere with games.

If even that doesn't work, I would carry it over to CDPR Support. From what I see, it should be working fine.
