Fullscreen Mode on Notebooks connected to a HDMI TV ?
so as i can read in the FAQ from CD Projekt Red, they had problems with fullscreen mode when you have more than two monitors connected to your system.
the only solution right now to use fullscreen mode (that should give you more fps, but could also make the game crash right now) would be to physically unplug one of the two monitors.
so far so good for desktop pcs, but on a notebook when playing on your second display device, for example a 50'' HD TV connected with HDMI, you cannot simply disconnect or unplug the first display device, the notebook display.
so, has anyone managed to use fullscreen mode on a notebook with nvidia gpu, connected to an HD TV with HDMI and how ?
i tried setting a number from -3 to 3 in the ini file for display device, but no luck so far.
i am just able to play in borderless windowed mode right now and would really like to know if fullscreen mode is all about more fps, especially on my kepler card and how to achieve that.
