A spiritual successor to Vampire: The Masquerae - Bloodlines. It just has to be made someday and while there are few companies that could pull it off, CDP RED may be one of them. The original game was a buggy mess on its release day and by the time it was fixed by official and non-official patches, it was too late to turn the game into a commercial success... but damn, all bugs aside, this was a truly awesome RPG with delicious atmosphere (I became hooked almost instantly and I knew nothing about this world), good storyline, interesting NPCs with top-notch voice overs, quests which could be resolved in various ways (and even the linear ones could be very memorable - the haunted house, anyone?) and some truly great ideas, such as unique Malkavian and Nosferatu gaming experience (perfect for your second and third playthrough). Some of the last quests in the main storyline involved too much unavoidable combat, though, but the game was rushed, so it's hardly surprising.
Despite the greatness of the original, I feel that so much more could be done with modern technology and a higher budget. Bigger levels with more buildings which you can enter and more NPCs you can interact with, much better graphics, Witcher-esque choices and consequences and non-linearity etc., without so many bugs as in V:MB... Damn, damn, a game inspired by V:MB could be so awesome.
