Galaxy client bundled with TW3 GOG installer?

I noticed that newer GOG version of TW3 installer bundles Galaxy and "overlay", which I personally don't need at all when playing the game in Wine. I still have older installer luckily, and didn't try that newer one. Does it allow skipping Galaxy during installation (since it's supposed to be optional)?

The game page says:

The above installer includes GOG Galaxy client for the full experience and the best support of all features for the game, including: auto-updates, achievements, overlay.

I find the idea of bundling Galaxy into installer itself to be very wrong though.

It seems to be something that people complained about on another forum, in any case, Galaxy is still optional and there are also client-free installers for each game it is now bundled with.

Ah, thanks for the hint about classic installers, that makes it much better. I had no idea they even made such a thing.
