Galaxy Error

Right after installing Galaxy and upon trying to launch it i keep getting this error message. thus i am unable to install the game.
I tried launching it as an admin but it did not matter!
It basicly states that it can't open the application correctly.
I have un/re installed a few times but nothing changes.
I also uninstalled and ran a Ccleaner to mop up and also fix registry but it didn't change a thing.

My pc use Windows7

1) Try a verify / repair through GOG Galaxy. (Also, ensure Galaxy itself is up to date.)
2) Install / repair redistributables that come wit the game (DirectX, Visual Studio, etc.)
Though unlikely to be the problem:
3) Disable your virus software protection / firewall
4) Change your Language and locale to English

Otherwise please contact support.

PS. Have a REDpoint for being Dutch.

Edit: So i haven't gotten a response from the support yet (thats ok, theres no hurry)
but i also didn't recieve a Code to track my "ticket" or a confirmation e-mail when i filled out said "ticket".
So i was just wondering if this is normal? and will they just e-mail me once they have had a look at it?

maybe someone can shine some light on this for me pls? thanks!
