Galaxy not working...

Hello guys..Not thrilled by the lv of fun on this game so far...Played for 20mn and game crashed on first cut scene then I had to repair my hihg end computer which never had so far as a stutter this far... ANd now last (but not least) I cant even play the game.
I want to play the damn game so please how can I launch the game without being on line on this rotten galaxy launcher that doesnt work.. I simply cant find any start.exe in the goggames/ witcher 3 files

I have to up the thread since nobody is replying. Does anyone have the same problem? Galaxy is not working and i need it to apply patch...I wish i'd get an answer from support but they seem pretty busy finding solutions to this bugs ridden game...
