I may recommend beginning with:

Grab and install the x86 followed by the x64 package.

I would also recommend setting everything to default voltage and clock speeds, enabling XMP if off, and just do a completely clean install of whatever Nvidia drivers your using (running DDU beforehand***, now that you've manually swapped out the DLSS .dll files. I'd imagine the Nvidia installation would just overwrite them, but probably better to be safe than sorry.)

***If you're seeing any instability with other titles, I'd also recommend running CCleaner to remove any empty Registry keys. Be sure to do this AFTER you uninstall the old drivers with DDU, but BEFORE you install the new drivers. You may have to disconnect from the internet to stop the PC from auto-downloading new drivers on the spot.

Just run the Registry tool in CCleaner over and over again until it reports "No conflicts." Restart the PC (ensuring you're still offline), and run it repeatedly again. Keep that up until the program reports "No conflicts," immediately following a restart. Then install the new drivers.

If it's only CP2077 that's crashing, this whole *** step is probably not necessary. Driver packages are getting much better at keeping themselves in order. I haven't needed to do a clean like that in quite a while.
