game and GOG manager installs, but game wont run

it gives the error 'gog manager isn't running, please launch it and login and try again' I launched it from gog manager, from desktop and rebooted a few times all with no change in issue. i'm running windows 10 pro.

Hello, problems are:Crashe the game before you start with the tutorial or any game mode,after running the Exe Gwent,it takes too long to load
