GAME BREAKING BUG - Brother in Arms Quest - Roche

QUEST - Brother in Arms & Eye for Eye
Synopsis:
Once you reach Brother in Arms quest, where you need to talk to Dykjstra, Roche, Triss, Zoltan, etc, you get stuck with the part where you need to speak with Roche. Even is you talk to him at his camp in the cave, the game acts like you have not spoken to him, and the option remains to: talk to Roche.
I have meditated, restarted my game, anything i could think, but no luck. Restarting an old save probably is not an option, and here is why, and hopefully, how to avoid this glitch.
Eye for Eye Quest:
You are tasked with Saving Ves in the eye for an eye quest on behalf of Roche. If you let Ves die, you are borked for brothers in arm quest much further into the game. As described above, if Ves dies, the bug kicks in when you talk to Roche.
Not sure when this will be fixed, but, as of right now, i am completely stuck, as this is basically the last mission before end game kicks in. This is the part of the game where you beat everything else before progressing.
