Game Breaking Bug - Can not climb any ledges.
I have tried several suggestions for fixes but eventually you can progress no further.
The only way to bypass this issue is with debug mode and cheating, which I do not want to do.
I did some research and this issue seems to be affecting mostly level 30 plus characters on ALL platforms... PC, Xbox One, and PS4. Youtube is already filling up with videos of the bug.
Please address and fix ASAP. Sorry if this has been posted already. Thanks.
