Game Breaking Bug [The Pick Up] [PC/GOG] [US]

During the quest, The Pick Up. I went to see Meredith Stout, as a Corpo, got the virused cred-chip. I did not bring Jackie with me, but now I cannot progress the quest. The options I have in my quest log are,

Meet Jackie
Remove the Virus (Optional)

Selecting either does not give me a location on the map, nor a trail to follow. I've driven and walked all around All Foods, and Jackie is not here. There is currently no way for me to progress the main story. Thank you.

Remove the Virus (Optional) can be completed by selecting the credit chip Meredith gave you in your inventory and interacting with it. (I believe under the Shards category?)

I have essentially the same issue on Steam, except i completed the "remove the virus" submission (remove it from the datachip in inventory). Poor Jackie broke his leg inside and is unreachable
