game breaking visual bug

Since i killed the boss at the GIM, i have this permanent visual effect and i can't reload a saved game before that...

Is there any way to reset the statut of V ? I tried to EMP myself but it didnt remove the effect. I'm pretty desperate

Does anyone have a clean save near this story point to share ?

Hey, got the same problem. I'm playing on PS5. Its a horror to play with this. I try to get forward the story, but there seems to be no solution
