Game crashes during ARENA

Greetings.
I don't remember i had problem (crash or return on windows) when i played The Witcher 2 even in EE. I have been to the end of the game 4 times, and never had any problems. But several monthes later, I decided to re-install TW2 and when i am trying to get a better rank in the ARENA mode, the game crash randomly (it can be 10 min or 30 min after the game is running, or later). I am running on Windows 7 64 Bit, i tried to uninstall and install the game several times, i have not many things installed on my computer, and i got the latest driver of everything. My graphic card isn't overclocked (it's a Nvidia GTX 560 TI) and my processor neither (Intel I5 2500k). It's very embarassing because when i am in my 50th battle and that the game crash, i cannot upload my score...

EDIT : I am not using TW2 on Steam, I am playing with the box version and all the updates done of course.

Yeah the game only crashed once for me when playing Arena and not a single time while playing campaign. I guess I should consider myself lucky. You have pretty much the same specs as me (I have a GTX 580 instead) and you shouldn't have any problems running the game. That's odd.

Try making an exception in your antivirus and antimalware program if applicable . Also if you haven`t done so you might try running a memory diagnostic using the one in windows 7 or with Memtest and note any errors if any that arise that would contribute to a bad or failing memory module .

I don't use antivirus, because i have not many things installed on my computer (only main programs like FireFox, my drivers, and TW2EE). So the problem is not coming from here. I also already made a diagnostic but no error at all. I think this problem is coming from the game itself and not from user's hardware (even if in some cases, yes). But i never had Crashes during my Solo play, that is strange.

Are you overclocking your video card would also include factory overclocked models or is it overheating

If you are able have you tried the GOG backup copy
