Game crashes on start-up

Hello, I am sorry if this has been posted before, I know there are several other people with the same issue. Game crashes immediately on startup for me. Galaxy.dll seems to be causing the issue I heard. Tried a workaround deleting galaxy.dll, instead of a crash I get a black screen with the little windows loading screen cursor and the game not responding.

After the crash, it saves some crashinfo file, but it does not allow me to upload it. I suppose I can just copy-paste the contents.

I get a similar issue, just with the "Crash reason: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (3221225477), Error reading location 0xffffffff"

I can see the screen, where all the logos from publisher and so on are, but then it crashes right to desktop...

my games always crashing when reading or writting to location (3221225477) i have multiple logs of my game ctding because of whatever (3221225477) is

FIX FOR LAPTOP
When I right click the .exe, I have an option to "Run with Graphics Processor"> For some reason, it was using the integrated processor and not the NVIDIA processor. When I choose "High Performance NVIDIA Processor", the game starts normally.

Well, it was worth a try :p at least I could make it into a black screen with it instead of instant crash, heh. I am using the GOG version, yes

reddherringg's solution worked for me.
For those using Radeon graphics, you need to run Catalyst Control Center -> Power -> Switchable Graphics Application Settings and set witcher3.exe to 'High Performance'.
Another downside of Intel's integrated graphics processors. I've had enough many problems because of that.

Oh, yes, this might actually work. I've completely forgotten about that, and I've fixed a lot of game issues with that in the past. Now I just have to wait to reinstall the game because I deleted it out of frustration

tried this for nvidia, mine was already set to max perf, so no change :(

Sometimes game crash at launch and somtimes it blocked in black screen and i have to kill process...

YES, IT WORKED. Thank you so much, reddherringg. I hate Intel's integrated graphics driver, it's completely useless and causes so many issues with the main graphics card.
I suppose all those who have this issue are laptop users like me. He're your fix folks, cheers!
Now let's see if I can get the game to work on more than 15fps on this potato :D

Im not on laptop and my motherboard dont have any integrated graphic card.

I'm on laptop with the steam version and when i right click witcher3.exe i dont have the Run with Graphics Processor, so i dont know what to do :(. I have intel HD graphics 4000 (I know, i know how bad it is).
