Game crashes when emerging from the water

So every time i dive into the water and swim back to the surface the game shuts down and i have to re start. I managed to get past the first time you need to dive into water by randomly reloading on the surface of the water. still i am unable to move past any other quest or main mission that involves diving. I know there are other ppl out there having this problem. I am just hoping that notice this and do something to fix it.

yea its a problem that many gamers are having and i hope they fix it soon cause i was really getting into this game and have been waiting like many have to play tis
