So this is awkward at least... Whenever I start the game and press Go it always crashes after 2 seconds.. When I load the last save , same thing... But when I load 1 or 2 saves after , the game runs normal.. How can I fix this ?

If that doesn't work, don't save the game again. A great move would be to back up a few of the good save files. They're located in ...\Documents\The Witcher 3\gamesaves\...
Once you're certain the issue is resolved, manually delete all of the autosave files. If you can't figure it out, simply delete everything in the gamesaves folder and copy the working saves back in. You should at least be able to carry on from that point.
