Game crashes whenever I load a save

after i load a save from the game or death the game would just crash, and ive set all my settings to default. I have never changed my mouse keybinds or any in general so I dont honestly know the problem

I dont see any error messages it just takes me straight to my desktop instead of the launcer.

Just to be sure, do you use or did you use mods?
First, if you didn't, you can verify the game files, just in case :
