So in short, the game crash?
It's the first time the game is installed on your PC?
Did you tried the "basics"?
Verifying the game files :
Performing a clean install of your drivers :
NVIDIA
I. Download the latest drivers using the following link: https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
II. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and run it to remove previous versions of drivers.
III. Clean install drivers that you've downloaded in step 1.
AMD
I. Uninstall your graphics drivers using the AMD Cleanup Utility software.
II. Download and clean install the latest drivers from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Be sure you tried everything suggested here :

I tried all of that, I just got the game and I've done hella.

So not sure, I'm far to be an expert for PC, but I remember that some had some crash issues on intel 13th/14th gen, so check this for exemple:
It turns out that my Motherboard wasn't setting the Intel Specified power Limits.
Changing them to the intel spec has gotten rid of the crashes for me now.

Regarding your ticket, it can take a bit until support will respond, especially around weekends, so please be patient.

As for the crash issue... I would try installing the game to the other drive (if it's not installed on C: already, I would definitely try installing it to C: )

But maybe try LeKill3rFou's idea first.

Just tried that turned off turbo boost, Didn't work.

That's why I wrote "If it's not installed on C: already...".
If it's already on C: you could try a different drive. And yes, it's a long shot.

According to my PC, I have 64 gigs of ram, and I dont I only have a C: drive not anymore drives.

Yes, that is exactly what @devivre said... you only have a C: drive so you don't need to move it, it's already there.

Can you clarify when the game crashes? Is it on startup or do you get to play before it crashes?

If you get to play. What are we looking at? 5 minutes in or hours in?

Have you looked at your system logs? If yes, did you see any error?

It's unlikely that your RAM doesn't support XMP, it's a features that's been known to cause issues with the game. Have you tried turning it off?

In his case, the "culprit" wasn't "turbo boost", it turns out that his Motherboard wasn't setting the power limits correctly.
It's just guesses, because I know that a fair amount of people with last intel gens had troubles with the game. But it's possible that it's unrelated to your CPU at all.

You may have already tried, but be sure you add exceptions to all Cyberpunk folders in your antivirus (if you have one) and/or in Windows defender just in case, especially these two ones. Because it's possible that some game features like cross-progression or rewards loggin are detected as malware(s) and simply "kill" the game when you launch it.
- REDEngine and CD Projekt Red folders from here %userprofile%\AppData\Local\

I click play, it gets to loading screen crashes.

Only could find the REDENGINE, and It isnt a anti virus issue, because It would alert me if it was.

Already have those.

Having those already does not mean they are not problematic. Reinstalling them poses no risk and takes 5 minutes. Unless you already reinstalled them as part of your own troubleshooting, you should do it as it eliminates at least one hypothesis.

This is what troubleshooting over the internet is.

If that doesn't work, then I ask again, have you looked at your logs through your event viewer?

If you don't know what I am talking about, read this:

You are looking for any "warning" "error" "critical" tags around the time of your crash. If you don't remember the time, launch the game and get to crash then go straight to your event viewer.

Do you have a discord I don't get the event thing. What Am I looking for?

When you open the event viewer, on your left you should see a drop down menu called "Windows Logs"

Double click that. Now you see a few options.

Click on "System" and it should populate a list on the right hand window. From there, navigate to around the time your game last crashed. You are looking for anything called "error", "warning" or "critical".

If you see one of these, just click on it and the bottom window will populate with details.

If you have any, does any of them show up as Nvidia, Intel, Memory or power related?

If you don't see anything, go back on the left hand window and instead of opening the "system" log, open the "application" log and do the same thing as before. Scroll to the time of your last crash and look for anomalies but this time see if there is any related to Cyberpunk 2077? Nvidia or Intel?

So first question, did you reinstall the Visual/C++ that @SigilFey posted above?

I ask again because ucrtbase.dll is part of those distributables. It's showing as faulty for some reason. Reinstalling could fix your issue.

Again, if you have not followed @SigilFey's link and reinstalled those, now would be a good time to do so. Then try if the game works.

If you've already done so, I have to ask, I assume you uninstalled the game and reinstalled it already?

I see that you have the game through Steam, did you uninstall it through Steam or did you perform a clean install as described here?:

More specifically, I want to know if you manually removed these:

REDEngine and CD Projekt Red folders from here %userprofile%\AppData\Local\

If you did not, and have already tried the visual/C++ download as @SigilFey suggested, then I have a sneaking suspicion that you might be facing a corrupted download.

It's rare but it happens. A normal uninstall through Steam would not remove these two folders and a simple verification of files integrity wouldn't catch it either.

If you didn't perform a clean install, there are two ways you can go about this.

Either perform a clean install as described in the link I provided.

Or

Go and delete these two location and then perform a file integrity verification. When Steam sees those are completely missing, it should reacquire them. It's less time consuming than a clean install but the clean install is a safer bet.
