Game Crashing between Rounds

A few times, the game crashes in-between rounds when selecting cards to redraw. The audio continues and so does the counter and I can see the an outline of the refreshed board, but I am frozen on selecting which card to redraw.

Hey, I and a few others have had the same issue, if you contact the support on https://www.playgwent.com/en/contact-support with your PSN name then they will have a look for you. I was told they were still working on it and it wasn't yet fixed in the last patch. Hopefully soon.
