Game doesn't load saves! help pls!

I'm having this problem on my ps4. When I go to load my save within the game then it crashes, but when I start the game back up it loads fine. It makes for a real pain when dying since most of the time it ends up with my game crashing.

Did you try to clear the cache in case ?
