Game freeze on turn time-out

I was just playing a game and my opponents turn timer ended and the game just froze. I waited several minutes and nothing changed. Pressing escape gave the option for me to forfeit, but pressing accept did nothing. After about 10 minutes I used Alt+F4 to exit.
