Game freezes in second loadingscreen

Hello Guys,
everytime i start w3 and load my game, the first loading screen appears and the narroter says his things. But after that when i reach the second loadingscreen my game freezes and does not respond anymore, the task manager says that witcher 3 doesnt reply.
I tried loading older saves, a new game, re installing the game, i checked the game on the epic games launcher. When i scaled my game to minimum i was still stuck in the loading screen but i had some game audio.
I play without mods and did not change anything.
i will attach my save game and a screenshot of the frozen loading screen.
Iam playing on PC on the 1.32 version
Hopefully we will find a solution together.

Prozessor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400 @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installierter RAM 16,0 GB (15,9 GB useable)
Systemtyp 64-Bit-operating system, x64-based Prozessor
Graphiccard: Nvidia geforce RTX 3060
