Does anybody know when a printed book version of the strategy guide is coming out?All I can find is the Prima Games downloadable eGuide. No doubt man, I would also like a solid guide if I were to pay for it. Thankfully there is one for free online elsewhere. (search)I usually get them for artwork and well in my case I bought an LE that has a book of art.

I don't know what content the Prima Guide keep for sale but the Witcher Wiki also has much content (inkl. spoiler) to finish the game. I would never spend money on sth which I can get for free.

I'd like to see some back story that explains things more and I would like a beastery guide that provides information on the monsters and a herb/alchemy guide that explains in a story driven way those items. All guides should be within story! Also what would be good would be to download the flash you have on your flash page that explains weapons, etc, as it has been done so well, although that may be Atari's domain, not yours! Must say I love the adult nature of this game - and I don't mean the sex. Would love, in fact, to be able to switch off the cards part as it is just too cheesy and juvenile for such a mature game! I think sex could have been dealt with by various animations such as you showed when bedding Triss.

надо бы добавить сортировку по инингридиентам и рецептам в разделе алхимия чтобы можно было готовить например только бомбы или только смазки. а сортировка элексировдолжна остовлять только ингридеенты

No I didn't mean you, wouldn't make sense to give you Russian info I meant arh_angel... though I understand him less and less. There are no detailed giudes ... yet ... you are looking for. Maybe there will be such info in the Witcher Wiki... soon... some entries are quite informative, other are still a stub.

I couldn't agree with you more. So much time and trouble have gone into getting the game "mod-ed" to show sex scenes...with animated characters...with...animated...body parts. Not that I'm against gratuitous sex in any media forum. Just seems to be too much work for so little payoff. I'll go back to my MPGs...or better yet...my wife!

I'm afraid no one can help you here in this thread. Start a new attempt at the in-game tech forum and you should explain what kind of error message you get when you want to install the 1.2 patch
