Game has become unplayable after 2.3. Constant crashes every 5 minutes.

I've played this for a couple of years on my PC, it used to run amazing. Now Every 5 minutes the game crashes out to desktop, especially if I'm driving around. Something broke in 2.3 and since I have the game on Epic I can't roll back to 2.2.
Things I've tried:
*Clean install as per CD Projekts website
*Full uninstall and reinstall of drivers.
