I think you want TAA on as it is part of a filter with their hair and ssr fx as well. I turned TAA off, and hair doesn't look right and reflections aren't right. So I turned SSR off as well. The game runs really great with SSR off anyway.
Perhaps they can patch all that up in the future. I'm playing in 1440 with 4x transparency aa and no temporal AA, it looks good crystal clear.
You can use resolution scaling in Nvidia or AMD to play in higher resolution since there's no resolution scale either for some reason and turn TAA back on. At 1080 and lower it's just awful usuaully. Once you get into 1440 all the post AA can look way better.
