@slimgrin on Thunderf00t, it's not that surprising, really. Especially when you look at those examples from Stephen Colbert's show and realize that they mostly poke fun at the extreme right. Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann. Not that I'm complaining, lol. At least not on people like these two.
Anyway, that obviously isn't always the case, but it's not surprising when you consider that. What he should have compared was the intellectual individuals they bring to that show, not the fact that they'll absolutely trash some and not others. It was already rather clear that they picked favorites here and on the Daily Show in relation to partisan ties long before Anita. I think people are just finally starting to see that. Or they're just finally starting to care, since it's just a comedy show about politics, and this obviously took it out of that bounds for a bit.

All I could think of in that long stream of bitching from KingofPol was how spot on those impressions in that love story you posted a good bit earlier were, lol. I do agree though on what he says here of course. Tone police of all levels are really really annoying busy bodies.
